Created4Greatness was birthed out of prayer and a deep personal journey. After working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, I've witnessed firsthand the many social challenges impacting both the younger and older generations. Too often, individuals are faced with heartbreaking decisions, choosing between homelessness or a place with power and water, deciding whether they can afford their medication, or struggling just to keep a roof over their heads. These realities have fueled our passion to create meaningful solutions that provide stability, support, and hope for those in need. My prayer is that God will empower us to reach across nations and help build a stronger, more resilient generation. The meaning behind our name is powerful: Before anyone can fulfill their destiny for greatness, they must first be Created for Greatness. Just as God created you before you were born, we believe in nurturing that divine potential within every individual. (Jeremiah 1:5) Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Created4Greatness is dedicated to supporting individuals during their times of need. With over 50 years of combined experience among our passionate team, we are committed to helping people realize their full potential as they navigate their personal journeys. Our mission is to provide an affordable, quality, and all-inclusive living environment that ensures everyone we serve has the best possible experience. We walk alongside our residents, offering support and guidance as they work toward their goals and embrace the greatness within them.
Anletitia Morgan
The Founder
Ms. Anletitia Morgan brings over 20 years of dedicated experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the healthcare industry, where she has honed her skills in compassionate care and client advocacy. As a licensed foster parent, she understands firsthand the importance of providing safe, nurturing environments for individuals in transition. Her role as a community event coordinator reflects her commitment to building strong, supportive networks that empower people to thrive.
In addition, Anletitia’s expertise as a Quality Technician ensures that Created4Greatness LLC maintains the highest standards in service delivery and client satisfaction. Her passion for helping others and her deep understanding of the challenges faced by many in the community helps fuel her mission to provide affordable, independent, and shared living solutions that truly make a difference. In addition Created4Greatness LLC also provides short term housing services for traveling professionals, students.
At Created4Greatness LLC, Anletitia combines her professional experience and heartfelt dedication to create a welcoming, empowering space where clients can achieve greatness and conquer the impossible.
Harriett Cooper
President/Insurance Specialist
Ms. Harriett Cooper brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry. A graduate of Bell State Community College, she holds a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Her passion for healthcare stems from her fascination with the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the field, particularly her keen interest in the ongoing changes within the Medicare system.
Ms. Cooper is deeply committed to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, especially the homeless. She envisions a future where, through the efforts of Created4Greatness LLC, meaningful support and care can be extended to those most in need.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Cooper is a proud mother of two and grandmother to 3 wonderful granddaughters, a source of great joy and pride in her life.
She looks forward to contributing her expertise and compassion to the mission of
Created4Greatness LLC and working alongside Ms. Anletitia Morgan to make a positive impact in the community.
Dr. Penny Njoroge
Board Certified Psychologist
Dr. Penny Njoroge is a Counseling Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Group Therapist with over 25 years of experience in mental health. She is board-certified in Substance Abuse and Addictions, Death and Grief, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Crisis Intervention. A recognized mentor and advocate for abused women, children, and youth, she has received honors including the Birmingham Mayor’s Hidden Heroes Award, Birmingham Caregiver of the Year, Alabama Hospital Hero Award, and Kenya’s Presidential Award for Community Service.
Dr. Penny is also a motivational speaker and workshop facilitator who inspires individuals to rise above life’s challenges and pursue their purpose with resilience and faith.
As a team member of Created4Greatness, LLC, she is deeply committed to serving vulnerable populations.
Mrs. Sheila Morgan-Harris
Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Sheila Morgan-Harris is a dedicated Administrative Assistant with over ten years of experience supporting healthcare operations. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with more than 30 years of hands-on experience, Sheila combines her clinical knowledge with strong administrative skills to effectively manage staffing, payroll (including Kronos), and human resource functions within healthcare settings.
For Mrs. Harris, healthcare is not just a job but also a vital part of her ministry. It allows her to share her love for God with everyone she encounters, bringing compassion and faith into her daily work.
She is known for her excellent customer service, communication skills, and ability to interact warmly and supportively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Her proficiency in medical terminology, infection control standards, and various software programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, and Kronos enables her to perform her duties with accuracy and efficiency, even under pressure.
A proud mother of two, grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren, and a devoted wife, Sheila brings a compassionate and personable approach to her work, making her an invaluable member of the Created4Greatness LLC team.
Mrs. Rae C. Bryant, MSW
Social Worker
Mrs. Rae C. Bryant is a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. As a proud mother of three beautiful children and a loving wife, she brings both personal warmth and professional expertise to her work.
Mrs. Bryant has a deep passion for helping people thrive beyond their circumstances. She has extensive experience working with the Department of Human Resources (DHR) and various organizations focused on the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of clients ranging from small children to young adults. Her commitment to service extends into many areas of public service sector which allows her to be able to assist individuals in navigating complex life situations with empathy and guidance.
Her heartfelt approach and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team as we're focused on fostering resilience and positive outcomes for all those serve through here at Created4Greatness LLC.
